Ordering

Why I should create an online account?

It is best to have an account online to be able to manage your orders, re-order, see your orders as well as use our encryption technology to store your data for faster and easier checkout. You can easily find all of your needs right in your "my account" section.

What if I do not receive order confirmation after placing the order?

Please allow 10 - 15 minutes for the order confirmation to reach to your email. If you still haven't received the confirmation, please contact us immediately at cs@innospaces.net and we will look into the issue.

Why my credit card is being declined?

Please make sure you have entered the correct payment information, including the card number, name, CVV, billing address, etc. Please contact your bank if the error continues to exist

Do you charge Sales Tax?

Yes, by law TBC the Best Crafts is required to collect sales tax on online art supplies orders shipped to states that use destination-based sourcing for sales tax collection. This means TBC the Best Crafts will charge sales tax based on your ship-to address. Remember tax is just an estimate and is subject to change based on county and state.

Is there a minimum order?

No, there is no minimum order. However, any order below $40 will have additional shipping fee.

Shipping

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii or US territories?

Unforunately, we do not ship to these regions due to some restrictions.

How long will you take to process my order?

After the order is confirmed, we typically process the orders and ship in-stock merchandise within 1 to 2 business day(s). Our warehouse is closed on weekends and holidays. Order processing and shipping times may vary during our busy periods such as Back to School periods or the November-December Holiday season.

What carrier do you use to ship my order?

We usually ship via FedEx, UPS, and USPS. The choice of carrier may vary on the delivery location and the speed. We will update you with a tracking number once we processed and shipped your order.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

The below color-coded map indicates the estimated transit time for ground shipments from our warehouse in Torrance, CA under normal business conditions. If you are concerned about getting a delivery on time after reviewing this map or if you having trouble viewing the map, give Customer Service a call at 1-424-340-2458 to see if there is anything we can do to help you. Orders placed before 11:00 a.m. PST will ship the same day.

Where can I track my order?

You can track your order on the "Track Order" tab on the top. You will need your 1) email and order number or 2) tracking number.

What if I changed my mind and want to cancel my order?

Please contact us at cs@innospaces.net once you decided to cancel the order.

If the order hasn't been shipped out yet, we will try our best to intercept the items before it gets shipped out. However, there is no guarantee as the warehouse may have packed the order and handed it to the carrier before the interception is made.

If the order has been shipped, we will contact the carrier to intercept and cancel the delivery. However, please understand it is fully under the carriers' discretion if the action can be made. You can also choose to refuse the delivery at the time the carrier delivers the package. Please note: a flat return cost may be applied to cancel a shipped order.

Why the tracking number has no movement?

Once the order is shipped, please allow 24 - 48 hours for the tracking page to be updated by the carrier. If the tracking page has not been updated after the time frame, please contact us at 1-424-340-2458 or cs@innospaces.net and we will look into the status of the order for you immediately.

What can I do if the tracking shows "delivered", but I didn't receive the order?

Please allow another 24 hours because some carriers may scan the order prematurely sometimes to cause the tracking number to show "delivered". If your package still does not arrive after 24 hours, please contact us at 1-424-340-2458 or email us at cs@innospaces.net

What do I need to do before returning an order?

Before requesting a return or a refund, please check out our Refund Policy for more details. If you have any concern, please do not hesitate to contact us at cs@innospaces.net.

How do I request a return or a refund?

Please contact our customer support at cs@innospaces.net. We will gather some detail and process your request within 48 hours.

Please note: kindly put "Return Request - Order #" on the subject line, so our customer support can make it as priority. Thank you!

What do I do after my return request is approved?

After receiving a confirmation email from our customer specialist, you can go ahead to print the label we provided and pack the order for return. The email should contain all the instructions you need to return the items.

To avoid damage in transit, we recommend using the same box/ packaging that we shipped the order with.

After packing the returned items, please drop off the package accordingly at the carrier. Don't forget to ask for the receipt as it will you and us to track the package.

If you have any concerns or questions, please reply to the confirmation email, and our customer support will assist you!

How long will I receive the refund?

Once the return package arrives our warehouse, we will examine the condition of the return and issue you a refund within 24 hours. Please note that it may take up to 14 days for the refund to be posted in your bank account.

Do you offer free return?

Currently, we offer free return if 1) the item(s) arrives damaged or defective, 2) incorrect items(s) sent, or 3) item(s) does not match the description.

Otherwise, there will be return cost of $4.95 USD if you decide to return the item(s) or order. Please visit our refund policy for more information.

The refund amount is incorrect, what can I do?

If you think your refund amount is incorrect, please contact us at cs@innospaces.net with your order number. We will review it and refund you the correct amount if needed.

Do you sell my name, address, phone number or email address to other companies?

Absolutely Not. TBC the Best Crafts takes privacy as our top priority. We will never sell our guests' information to other companies or lists. Please visit our page on Your Privacy for more information.

What can I do if the payment is charged the wrong amount?

It may be caused by system error sometimes. Please contact us at cs@innospaces.net immedimately. Our customer specialist will assist you and look into the error right away.
