TBC the Best Crafts ships with FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS for our deliveries.
Processing Orders & Shipping
All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. As a result of a high volume of orders, our processing and shipping may be delayed. We are also unable to fulfill any expedited shipping or pickup requests. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work our hardest to complete your order as quickly as possible. Domestic Shipping Rates
We offer a flat economy shipping rate of $6.95 for orders of $35.00 and under. Free economy shipping will be applied to orders over $35. If you would like your products earlier, you can select expedited shipping for an additional $19.99.
Estimated Delivery Days
Most economy shipping can take 5 - 8 business days to deliver to your door (except in some remote areas, it may take an additional day or two to make the delivery). Expedited shipping will take 1 - 2 business days to deliver.
Shipping Area
Shipping services are offered for the contiguous United States (48 states), excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Unfortunately, we do not have any shipping service available outside the contiguous United States (48 states) at this moment. Tbcthebestcrafts.com doesn't ship internationally, but our products are available on several other online retail platforms, such as Amazon, Walmart, and eBay.
Undeliverable Packages
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. After three delivery attempts, the package will be returned to TBC the Best Crafts as an undeliverable package. In the event that this occurs, please contact us at cs@innospaces.net to make arrangements for reshipment.
Canceled Orders
We make every attempt to process orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, you should notify our customer service to cancel orders before 11:00 PM (PST) on the same day the order was placed by contacting cs@innospaces.net. Make sure to include your order number when requesting an order cancellation.
