Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We will inspect the products once we receive the return; if the product(s) condition is not satisfying, the refund request may be denied.

PLEASE NOTE: A flat rate cost of return shipping, $4.95 USD, will be deducted from your refund.

If your refund is less than $4.95 USD, the return shipping fee will be charged to your original form of payment once your return is processed.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you received the wrong item (from your order) so we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you by offering a replacement at no cost to you or a refund.

Damage, Loss, or Theft during Transit or Delivery

Please contact us at cs@innospaces.net if you did not receive the order or if your package is damaged when you received it. We may ask for order detail and some information/ evidence (e.g. photos or police report) so that we can start the claim process with the carrier. Please note that it may take up to 14 days for the whole process.

If you have selected the shipping insurance, please visit our claim page and submit a claim there. Photos or other evidence may be required to support the claim, depending on different situations. We will process the claim within 1 - 2 business days and will either issue you a full refund or replace the item(s) once approved.

Canceled Orders

If the order has been shipped, we will contact the carrier to intercept or cancel the delivery. There is no guarantee that the carriers can successfully cancel the delivery. You can also refuse the delivery, and the order will be sent back to our warehouse. Note: A flat rate cost of return shipping, $4.95 USD, will be deducted from your refund.

If the order has not been shipped, we will notify our warehouse and they will try their best to pull your order out of the pending shipment. If the order is successfully pulled and canceled, you will receive a confirmation email and we will process your refund within 48 hours.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like:
  1. Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  2. Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
  3. Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
  4. Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange the items you purchased, please contact us at cs@innospaces.net. We will be happy to assist you through the exchange process. *Additional costs may occur.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days if approved. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
