50/50-- Half of the paints had a really weird texture

All together, these paints were pretty good! They did have a few problems though. They are much smaller in person than in the images, they take a LOT of layers for them to actually glow, and finally, the weird texture about half of the paints had.

Half of the paints had a weird texture similar to tapioca pudding- I know that doesn't really make sense, but it's not a paint texture, and it makes them very difficult to use.

Accents existing colors under LED lighting

I purchased this paint to accent some items on my Tiki Bar when the colored LED lights are on. While it took a few coats, it add a really cool neon glow at night. I found it more effective when painting over similar colors. When painting directly on unpainted wood, the color was not at bright until several coats were added but still looked great.
